Who we are
Babul is made and run by Ritesh Firodiya, in India. Questions: hello@babul.dev.
Your account
You need an account to use Babul, and you must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what is done with it.
Your content
What you capture and make is yours. You give Babul the right to store and show it to the people you allow, and to run the features you use on it. Capture only products you own or have the right to capture.
Plans and payment
Every company starts with a free month, no card. Team is paid per seat, monthly or yearly, in USD. A cancelled plan runs to the end of what was paid; then the company is read-only, and nothing is deleted.
Fair use
Do not use Babul to break the law, to attack the sites you capture, or to get around the limits of your plan. We may stop an account that does.
Other names
Figma, Tailwind, React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, shadcn/ui, Material and Bootstrap are names of their owners. Babul names them only to say what it reads and writes; it is not part of, or approved by, any of them.
What we promise
We work to keep Babul running and your data safe, but Babul is given as it is, without promises it will suit your purpose or never fail. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending
You can stop using Babul at any time. These terms are under the law of India.
Changes
We will tell you by email before these terms change in a way that matters.
